Our friendly and helpful Community Service Officers man our entrance 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. They are available to assist with after hours emergencies or just a recommendation on where to eat for dinner. For those of our guests that will be arriving after office hours, DON’T WORRY! A CSO is always on staff to get you checked in no matter what time of day or night.
During busier times, you may notice an additional Community Service Officer on duty patrolling the grounds. Our goal is to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the property, unit and all amenities. We take pride in making this a safe and family friendly vacation environment. The gates on the beach feature a gate code which you will be given upon arrival. The gates are locked and a simple 4 digit code is needed to gain access back onto the property.
