The clubhouse is available to rent for private parties, weddings, business conferences, church groups, family reunions and more. The convenient location is close to the beach and the clubhouse looks out over our large pond with a lovely fountain. A medium size deck is perfect for outside seating. The clubhouse includes a variety of tables, chairs, flat screen TV, 2 restrooms and a full size kitchen with an ice maker. The clubhouse has roughly 1200 square feet of floor space and will fit about 85 people. Clubhouse rental hours are available between 9am – 10pm.
